December's Retired Pen of the month is

All Lupine order's over $7.95 in the month of December will automatically receive a Santa Claws key chain in their order.  There will be a limit of one per household for the month of December due to the very limited quantity that is available of the holiday key chains.  The holiday key chains are not available for sale.  Any other Lupine orders over $7.95 that you process through the month of December you will receive a Lupine key chain but it will not be a holiday one.  I appreciate your understanding.

Some quick tips while shopping:

1. In stock just means it's available to purchase, it doesn't mean I have it on hand (necessarily).  I do carry a large stock of Lupine but not everything is here.  I do carry EVERYTHING Lupine has to offer.
2. All Retired Items on my retired pages are here in stock. 
3. I do my best to get orders out in a prompt fashion and communicate quickly.  If you don't hear from me please email me.  
4. As my business grows, I'm learning to juggle, balance, etc.  I can't thank all of my customers enough for sharing me with friends family etc. 
5. 7-10 days is approximate on the shipping it is not guaranteed.  If you need it fast email me before ordering so we can coordinate a plan :0).  In most cases I meet or BEAT the 7-10 days. 
6. I designed my site to find items people are looking for, at a fair price, with fair shipping and to get it to my customers in a timely fashion.
