Recently I needed to get rid of a lot of left over collectibles my ex left behind in our pasture. I tried putting ads in the paper without any success so I called "Garbage Guy".

My home has a central vacuum system which I just recently learned is awesome for people with allergies. At first unbelievably I didn't access it because I wasn't too impressed with the unit. For the second time since I've owned the Vacuumaid unit that came with my home, I burned out the motor. These units don't have any type of filter. Last time the company that I was using to service my old unit took TWO WEEKS to replace the motor. I used my old stand by Miele german made canister which is now in the hands of my ex. Since this was not an option this time, and since I wasn't impressed with the service I received from the previous service company I opened the yellow pages and found theVacguy.com.
Steve Thon answered my call and immediately my day improved. He told me it sounded as though I had actually blown a motor again :0(. He also told me I shouldn't be using the type of central vacuum I was with all the pets I needed a system with a paper filter. So for the same price that I paid the other company I got a brand new central vacuum (not just a motor), I had it installed within 2 hours of the phone call to Steve and it has more suction than the original vacuum I started with. Now that is what I call customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future they were awesome!
