One of the toughest things to go through as a pet owner, is the loss of a pet.   I've had so many pets during my life, which also means I've lost so many.  I've tried to find ways of putting comfort into these situations for myself and customers.  One of the things I came up with was a remembrance keychain.  This can also be purchased for people who have lost loved ones. 

I've photographed two tags I made for my own losses.  I chose to engrave what I remembered most about each pet.  These momentos have helped me celebrate the life, rather than mourn the loss. 

I feel this will offer your friends, family or yourself comfort when the grief is too much to bear.  The one moment of loss will never outweigh the joy those we've lost have brought to our lives. 

The sayings as they appear on the two samples are as follows:

• Emutt A.K.A. Emoose your great dane paws left their imprint on my heart
• Meeko my lovebird angel

Some other ideas for engraving

• Pet name "Forever in our Hearts"

Feel free to use mine, or come up with your own original.  You can use both sides of the tag, or just one. 

When choosing the tag style here are the restrictions of lines/spaces on each style of tag:

• Small Circle or Rosette - 4 lines 18 characters per line per side
• Large Circle - 6 lines 22 characters per line per side
• Small Heart - 4 lines 18 characters per line per side
• Large Heart - 5 lines 20 characters per line per side
• Small Bone - 4 Lines 18 characters per line per side
• Large Bone - 6 lines 22 characters per line per side
• Military Tag - 6 lines 22 characters per line per side
