If you receive your Lupine item and don't like the pattern, or it doesn't fit well, you have the option to exchange the item or get a refund.  Please contact me at (800) 778-6612 before shipping the items to let me know the reason for the return/exchange.  You'll have up to 30 days from date of purchase to return the item. 

Please include the tags with the item(s) you are returning.  Refunds will be issued by check once the product has been received by me.

Warranty issues such as chewing or damage to Lupine items that your pet is using need to be returned to Lupine for replacement please see the Lupine Guarantee page for more information.  Please do not ship warranty replacements to me, it will only delay your replacement time.
